Sci Fi Sand Festival Starts In Weymouth

Thousands are expected to travel down to Weymouth for the world's first EVER sci-fi themed sand sculpture festival today (Friday 29th March).
The best sand artists have been preparing their pieces for weeks leading up to today's event hosted by Sandworld.
50,000 visitors are expected to attend the festival that's in its 3rd year.
Artists from as far afield as Canada and the USA have been recreating scenes from their favourite sc-fi movies including Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Dr Who and plenty more.
