7:46am 20th May 2013
It's been a busy weekend for Portland's Coastguard.
They were called out to 2 separate cases where youngsters were suffering decompression sickness after an afternoon of diving off the coast yesterday (Sunday 19th May). One of them, a young girl, was met by a dive doctor after being rescued and taken by ambulance to the recompression chamber.
The chopper was also called to airlift a man from a boat after suffering a suspected heart attack.
In a separate incident a woman was winched to safety from the coastal path near Durdle door after fracturing her ankle.
