There's been a dramatic sea rescue from a Royal Navy Warship off the Dorset Coast.
Portland Coastguard had to evacuate a sailor to safety after he was injured on-board.
The crew of HMS Sutherland raised the alarm yesterday afternoon reporting a Royal Navy seaman had sustained spinal injuries.
The Coastguard chopper launched from Portland and evacuated the injured man to Dorset County Hospital.
The Royal Navy has confirmed to Wessex FM the sailor has now been discharged from hospital.
It's not known exactly what happened.
HMS Sutherland is a Type 23 Frigate that's seen action in the Falklands.
