Police say their operation Guardian is winning the battle against crime and anti-social behaviour in Littlemoor.

Dorset Police tell us a 67-year-old man and a family have been evicted from the area.

A 52-year-old Weymouth man's been jailed for 8 months for breaking an injunction following a previous breach where he received a 6 week sentence.

They've also obtained a CRASBO on a 14-year-old Weymouth boy following a number of incidents which imposes strict conditions, lastinh for three years.

Inspector Les Fry has paid tribute to the work of a variety of agencies  working with police to improve residents' lives there.

These include Synergy Housing, the Weymouth and Portland community safety officer, Dorset County Council Youth Offending Team and the Littlemoor Safer Neighbourhood Team.
