Charlie Sheen's old bosses have been told to direct £34,000 a month for child support from any payments they make to the former star of Two And A Half Men.
LA Superior Court judge Hank Goldberg approved a request by Brooke Mueller Sheen to receive a cut of any money Warner Bros Television pays her ex-husband.
The couple were divorced on May 2, two months after the studio fired Sheen from the popular sitcom.
The Wall Street actor and Warner Bros have been fighting each other over payments owed him ever since.
The hefty monthly payments are intended to support Sheen's twin sons and were part of a divorce settlement reached earlier this year.
Sheen, who played the hedonistic jingle writer Charlie Harper in Two And A Half Men, was the highest paid actor on US television, earning £1.1m per episode.
He was dumped after making disparaging comments about the show's creator and executive producer, Chuck Lorre.
The programme's ninth season will include Ashton Kutcher in Sheen's place, although he will play a new character.
Following his sacking from TV he announced a nationwide stage tour, which appears to have been well received after overcoming teething troubles.
