'The Oldest Winger In Town' on England

dickie borthwickEngland started their campaign in Euro 2016 with a 1-1 draw against Russia on Saturday.

Many say it was a great performance, and that Roy Hodgson's young side didn't deserve to give away an injury time equalizer (how gutted were you when that went in?).

But what does 'the oldest winger in town' think about it?

Local football legend Dickie Borthwick is 80 years old, and can still be seen playing matches locally!  He told me on the show this morning that he's not playing as regularly as he used to...

The children had been busy making decorations and crowns, there was plenty of jelly and ice cream, and cakes!

New Penguin Chick at Sea Life

Check out these photos of an adorable new Humboldt Penguin chick at Weymouth Sea Life Adventure Park!

New Penguin Chick at Sea Life

The chick was born in March, weighing just 96g, and the Animal Care Team have been taking extra special care of it.

This week, they've begun to reintroduce the chick to the colony.

There are only about 12,000 Humboldt Penguins left in the world.

She's a teaching assistant in the town, so deserves the break!
