Provide support to the Finance team; duties may include – preparation of Nominal Ledger journals for the production of monthly accounts and reporting; reporting actual and predicted costs against projects

Provide support to the Finance team; duties may include:

  • Processing of invoices and liaising with suppliers to resolve queries
  • Preparation of Nominal Ledger journals for the production of monthly accounts and reporting
  • Accruals and balance sheet reconciliation
  • Collating information for auditors
  • Reporting actual and predicted costs against projects
  • General admin duties in support of the Finance office

Training provider

  • Business and Administration Apprenticeship Framework Level 3

Company induction, on job training relating to company systems, external training courses relevant to the role (eg, IT related) as required. BTec Diploma in Business Administration at Weymouth College
