We would love to hear from you if you enjoy delivering first-class customer call experiences. This role involves taking calls from the public in need of assistance and then liaising with appropriate services such as carers, wardens, community teams, social workers and next of kin, in order to resolve any issues.  This is such a rewarding role that requires a high level of empathy and customer service skills and excellent listening ability. In addition, you will need to have good IT skills in order to maintain and update the database.  A variety of hours are available from very part-time to very full time.

Some day to day duties will include but not limited to;

  • You will need to be able to ‘step up’ in the absence of team leaders
  • Provision of induction training new starters shadowing you for learning purposes
  • To be confident in the use of telephony system
  • To make planned comfort calls to clients
  • General administration duties
