Important customer facing role with responsibility for the smooth running of counter operations and maintaining administrative procedures.

The candidate will have a minimum of 2 year's experience in a customer facing role with proven administration skills and be able to use various Microsoft applications.  We are seeking a confident person who is self motivated, of smart appearance and ideally with knowledge of the local area and boating, although not essential.  Your responsibilities will include:

* Acknowledging and replying to a wide range of e-mails.

* Dealing with customers face to face and by phone

* Taking and allocating payments

* Completing berthing and lifting enquiry forms

* Ensuring key log procedures are adhered to 

* Dealing with post, parcels and lost property

* Ensure foyer and counter are kept clean & tidy and stocked appropriately

* Assist in other administrative duties as and when required

Salary:
Between £8.00 and £9.50 Per Hour
