Skydives for Weldmar

5 friends will all be doing a skydive for Weldmar hospice care. We are doing the sky dive to raise money as a thank you for this amazing charity, this charity is very close to are hearts, all of us have had a family member or close friend effected by cancer. The care they have received is unbelievable and they really do care about them and us as a family. We'd like to raise some money to help others receive the care that they did.

The sky dive takes place on the 20th may 2018 and we are looking to raise at least £2000 to support this wonderful charity, We would be super grateful for any donations you wish to make as it will all help.

Skydivers are:
Christopher Holmes-Casey
Robert Charlton
Becky Hogan
Gordon McCaul

50 Mile Cycle and Skydive

On the 7th June 2017 I lost my wife, Erin, after a 3 year battle with cancer. During the last few months of her fight we had the Marie Curie nurses come in and care for Erin, our 3 children and myself. With out them I am not sure any of us would of coped. On the 9th June 2018 a long with 3 others I will be cycling from Charlton Down to Honiton which is about 50 miles to an air field where I will be getting in a plane heading to a height of 15000 feet and jumping out. This is a self funded skydive so all money raised will go to Marie Curie. I am aiming for £1000 but would love to get to £2000.

Charmouth Challenge 2018

The Charmouth Challenge comprises an 8-mile fell run, an 8-mile walk over Golden Cap, and/or a 2-mile fun run. These events are taking place to raise much needed funds for Charmouth Primary School (a registered charity). Charmouth Challenge 2018 is programmed for 7th July with a start time of 10:30.

The Charmouth Challenge website is in the process of being updated and we hope to make 2018 an even bigger event than last year. In order for the event to be bigger, better and slicker than before, we are looking for as much sponsorship as possible.

2018 is expected to attract over 600 entries, many coming from all over the country to our lovely part of the country.
