Bus Bosses In Dorset Will Answer Your Questions Today

You're being given the chance to Meet the Manager of Dorset bus operator First Wessex tonight and ask questions about their new summer timetable.

You're being given the chance to Meet the Manager of Dorset bus operator First Wessex tonight.

Bus users can give feedback and ask direct questions to senior managers through social media.

Between 17.00 and 19.00 Mark Williams, First Wessex's Business Manager and Natacha Tagholm, First's Regional Customer Service Manager for the South West, will be available to take comments and answer questions about its bus services and the changes it will be making next month (Sunday 3 May) to its summer timetables.

Customers can interact with the managers either by using the hashtag #tweetboss on www.twitter.co.uk/dorset or through its dedicated Facebook page, www.facebook.com/FirstinDorset.

This event is in addition to First Wessex's regular Meet The Manager events  and customer panels it holds around its operational region.

Commenting on the online meeting, Natacha Tagholm says: "A growing percentage of the feedback we receive comes via our social networking pages on Facebook and Twitter. These online sessions give our customers an opportunity to learn more about what we are doing and provide us with feedback about any issues we need to address or any other matter relating to our services they want to raise with us.

"Our improved Dorset summer services start on Sunday 3 May and this will be an ideal opportunity for customers to find out about any changes we are making which will make travelling by bus even more enjoyable for local customers and visitors alike.

"We look forward to meeting many of our existing customers - and welcoming new ones - online for the event on 23 April. I hope they will find the session both useful and informative."
