Weymouth BID is holding its AGM tonight.

Weymouth BID is holding its AGM tonight.

It's taking place at Weymouth Pavilions and gets underway in the Ocean Room at six.

It's open to all paid up Levy Payers and the Board will present a report on the activities of the BID in Year 2 and the Accounts for the Year. In addition there will be a presentation of the BID's plans for Year 3.

The opportunity to discuss the BID and its plans for 2016 will be part of the meeting.

Weymouth BID Ltd is incorporated as a private company registered with Companies House limited by guarantee. Following last year’s meeting the Board agreed to move away from any formal constitution and revert to the Articles of Association as lodged with Companies House. Currently Levy payers are not members of Weymouth BID Ltd and part of the meeting on the 14th January will be plans to address this.

Steve Newstead, Chair of Weymouth BID said, "The Weymouth BID is looking to an accreditation through British BIDs in 2016 which is an independent assessment of a BID and how it operates to deliver its business plan.  We welcome the support that we can get from external bodies to help guide the Weymouth BID."

Weymouth BID Levy payers who would like to attend should contact the Weymouth BID office to confirm attendance either by email to info@weymouthbid.co.uk or Tel No 01305 779410 providing their name and business.
