Magna Appoints Two New Board Members

Local housing provider, Magna Housing, announced today that its board has appointed two new members.

Local housing provider, Magna Housing, announced today that its board has appointed two new members.

Graham Clarke, finance director for the Financial Reporting Council, and Ryan Gralia, a financial analyst with Crowdcube Ltd, will join Magna’s board.  The appointments bring the number of Magna board members up to 10.

“We carried out a rigorous recruitment process to select our new board members and this is a great result,” said Adam Peat, Magna’s board chairman. “We are delighted to have found two such outstanding people to join our board.  They both have very strong experience in the financial world and I’m confident they will bring a lot to Magna.

“Magna is a well-run organisation which performs consistently well, thanks to the sound leadership of the board, and these two appointments will help us to continue the good work we do.”

Graham Clarke is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has over 20 years’ experience of operating at executive level for large organisations in the UK and overseas.

He said “I have always had a great deal of respect for the important work of housing associations in society and am delighted to be joining the board of Magna which I believe to be an excellent organisation"

Magna’s board members are all unpaid and provide their expert skills and experience for the benefit of the community.
