If you're confused about how the EU and not sure how to vote in the referendum then Weymouth and Portland Chamber of Commerce are hoping to help.

They're putting on two events in May featuring high profile speakers to set out the case - for and against.

The first event at Weymouth Pavilion theatre on the 18th May will feature UKIP Leader Nigel Farage, Labour MP Kate Hoey and South Dorset Tory MP Richard Drax.

Speakers will present why they believe the UK is better out, before answering questions submitted by the audience.

The second event will take place towards the end of May.  Speakers will present why they believe the UK is better remaining in the EU. Full details of this event will be released as soon as they have been finalised.

Event organiser, Shenis Cant, Vice President of WPCC, said, "Many people we speak to through the chamber say they don't feel they've enough information to decide how to vote in the EU referendum. As it's likely to be one of the most important votes they cast in their lives, we felt it's important to give them the opportunity to hear the arguments. Across our two events, we're providing a balanced look at the EU debate. We hope attendees will find themselves in a better position to make a decision, as well as better able to share information with colleagues, friends and family."

Tickets to the first event will be at the Weymouth Pavilion on 18 May are available through the Pavilion box office and are priced at £4.50. The doors open at 18:00 with the event starting at 19:00 and expected to finish at 21:00.
