''Woods is a great addition to the retail line up at Brewery Square and a great local endorsement of this exciting regeneration project. Dorchester is a thriving town benefiting from strong population growth and Brewery Square forms an exciting new quarter in the heart of the historic town. ''
The regeneration project, which has transformed the brownfield site into a vibrant development, is also attracting former residents back into Dorchester.

The recently launched prestigious penthouse is worth £1.375 million and includes a top floor terrace made for entertaining, offering expansive views of both the countryside and the cosmopolitan Square.
