Sandy said "We have been supporting the Cancer Appeal since last year when we contacted the Charity to find out how we could help. This is such an important project and as a local company we wanted to be a part of it."

Sandy and her colleague Toni will be walking the 5km route along Weymouth Seafront at the Walk for Wards event. Toni said "We are looking forward to the walk and will be bringing our dogs along. It's such an easy things to do and we want to encourage others to do the same."
Jordan's Jewellers are sponsoring a cup which will be given to the team which raises the most money from the walk. They have also funded coverage of the Cancer Appeal and the Walk for Wards event on Wessex FM.

Head of Fundraising at DCH Charity, Simon Pearson, said "Jordan's have been supporting us from the very beginning of the campaign. Building strong relationships with the local community and with local businesses is very important to the success of major appeals like this one - we invite anyone who wants to get involved with this fantastic project to get in touch."
