A Chinese company has entered into a £320 million deal with one of Dorset's biggest brands.
Dalian Wanda is taking a 92 per cent stake in Poole-based luxury boat maker Sunseeker, which also has a base on Portland.
No jobs are going to be lost in the deal, as Wanda bosses have said that Sunseeker will "remain a British company" with the existing management team kept on.
Stewart McIntyre, Managing Director of Sunseeker, has said they are "thrilled" by the move.
The deal is expected to be closed in mid August.
