Thomas Hardye Kids Celebrate Science Today

School children with a passion for experiments and oversized goggles will gather later to celebrate one of the world's greatest scientists.

It's 100 years since the death of Alfred Russel Wallace who's credited along with Charles Darwin in developing the theory of evolution.

Today, at Thomas Hardye School there's a Science Fun Activity Day and all are welcome to attend.

The famous Wallace is also buried here in Dorset.
