Police Out in Force to Clamp Down on Dangerous Motorists in Bridport

Officer and Public

7:46am 20th November 2013

Dorset Police are surrounding the town of Bridport today.

They're running a road safety operation with increased numbers of officers targeting motorists who are breaking the law.

It's part of their efforts to reduce the number of people killed or seriously injured on our roads.

Drivers caught not wearing their seatbelt will be offered a 45 minute awareness course.

They'll also be staging patrols outside schools.

And part of the day will include giving out cycle advice to over 400 students at Bridport Primary School.
