A Dorset firm's behind the success of a teenage sporting champion and his colleagues.

15 year old Harrison Yarnold from Askerswell was crowned national champion earlier this month when he finished first in the under 16's section at the British Modern Biathlon Championships organised by Pentathlon GB.

Dorset also won the team title, with athletes competing in a 200 metre swim and  1600 metre run.

Solicitors Humphries Kirk, who have offices in Dorchester, Swanage and Wareham, sponsors the 100 strong Dorset Pentathletes team.

Howard Yarnold, father of Harrison and head of the land law tean based in Dorchester says 'At Humphries Kirk we try to support local clubs, charities and groups like Dorset Pentathletes that give the community something positive to focus on. Under the guidance of GB Biathle coach Mick Flaherty, dorset Pentathletes are the most successful pentathlon team in Britain and we are proud to be associated with them.'
