It'll soon be too late for people in Dorset to have their say on locations that could become mining sites (Monday 13th-17th January 2014) .
There are 44 suggested areas to get sand, gravel, building stone and ball clay from in our County.
It's part of an eight week consultation period and today (Tuesday 14th of January) the plans will be in Dorchester Library from 12 noon until 4pm.
You can catch the plans at Crossways Village Hall on Wednesday the 15th from 3pm to 7pm.
You can also have your say by clicking here.
The deadline to make comments is 13th February, 2014.
