Warning Over Fake Money Being Used in Dorchester

Money

7:56am 20th February 2014

Businesses in Dorchester are being urged to be on the look-out for fake Scottish £20 notes.

Two firms in the town reported having dodgy Scottish currency last week.

A man's since been arrested and released on bail.

Police say the fake Scottish money has a strong smell of perfume and if you have any concerns to call them on 101 - the officer in the case is PC Chris Mead.
