Shops and Apartments Included in Brewery Square Expansion

15 new shops are coming to Dorchester when work starts on the next phase of the Brewery Square Development.
Galliford Try has been announced as the main contractor.
Work on the 27 million pound contract will start in April - and the first handovers will be in the summer of 2015.
The site will also feature 134 apartments and penthouses.
Over 200 construction, design, and management personnel will be employed on the site, including a number of trainee and apprentice positions.
