Put It Out On No Smoking Day

Cigarette

10:13am 12th March 2014

Dorset Fire and Rescue are using no smoking day to remind us to make sure we put out cigarettes for good.

The warning comes after fire ripped through a home in Wool yesterday morning.

Three fire engines and 6 fire fighters wearing breathing apparatus fought the blaze in Knowle Hill that started around 2.45am.

One person was treated for inhaling smoke.

The fire was caused by a discarded cigarette.
