Surge In Enquiries Into Buy To Let Properties

DEBBIE TURNER OF DOMVS

8:19am 24th April 2014

A Dorset estate agent say they've seen a sharp increase in enquiries over people interested in investing in buy to let properties.

DOMVS are putting it down to the recent change in pension rules.

They're holding a lettings surgery at their Wareham Office this evening where anyone interested in buying to let can get some free advice.

The session is taking place from 5pm - 7pm.

They've also produced a question and answer sheet covering the most commonly asked questions which you can pick up from their offices in Dorchester, Wareham and Preston.

DOMVS Lettings Area Manager Debbie Turner said: "The recent pension rule changes have changed the market. We felt the question and answer sheets plus the surgeries were the best way to let people know about the opportunities available. Anyone can call in to any of our offices to find out more."
