West Dorset MP Oliver Letwin's kept his cabinet job, added a new role and gained a title in the government reshuffle.
In addion to his role as minister of state at the cabinet office, he's been named Lord Privy Seal by David Cameron.
It's one of the great offices of state, originally with responsibility for the monarch's personal seal.
These days its linked to the post of leader of the house.
Mr Letwin's told Wessex FM he's not sure what the title means in practical terms apart from giving him a ceremonial role, but doesn't believe any pay is involved.
His presecessor as West Dorset MP, Sir James Spicer, says it's well deserved and has described Mr Letwin as one of the most important people in the government.
