Bus Company Bosses Answer Questions On Twitter And Facebook

Bus operators First Wessex are giving customers the chance to speak with senior managers in an online forum today.
The company's Meet The Manager panels have been a regular fixture at venues around Dorset.
Now the company is taking to the web to answer questions about bus services in Dorset and across the South West.
Customers can interact with bus bosses using Facebook and Twitter to give them feedback about subjects such as their bus services and timetables.
Natascha Tagholm said that she hoped the event would prove to be 'useful and informative' for customers.
"Our winter timetables are starting on 28 September when the frequency of buses on certain routes will be changing. If any customers want to find out more about them and how it will affect their journeys, this is the ideal chance to engage with us so that we can explain what is happening and why we are doing it."
