Detectives are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward after a number of car windscreens were damaged in Weymouth.

The incidents happened sometime between 10.30pm on Thursday 2 October 2014, and 8am on Friday 3 October 2014 on a residential driveway in Radipole Lane.

Multiple cars were found to have suffered damage to the windscreens.

Police Constable Katherine Rupp, of Weymouth police, said: "These damages have caused the owners great inconvenience and expense.

"I am appealing to anyone who may have information about any of these incidents to call police in confidence.

"I also would like to encourage anyone who has had their property damaged in this way, and has not already reported it to come forward."

Witnesses and anyone with information should call Dorset Police in confidence on 101 quoting crime reference number 41130. Alternatively, call the free and anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111 where mobile phone tariffs may apply.
