All Aboard Special Weekend Cafe

Pelican Cafe

10:04am 8th November 2014

Fancy a cuppa on board a tall ship?

The Pelican moored at Weymouth Quay is opening up a special weekend café today. (8th November)

Dorset charity adventure sail say the "Peli-Canteen" will help raise vital funds to keep her afloat.

Marketing manager Kate Graeme-Cook says:  "I don't think that you can get a more novel setting for a cafe than a tall ship!  We look forward to welcoming people on board and we are also looking for volunteers to work in the cafe.  It will be a lot of fun and will raise vital funds for the charity which benefits youngsters through all the skills they learn from sail training."

The Café is open from 10am to 3pm.
