After making brides beautiful and grooms gorgeous for over 20 years, a Dorchester wedding shop has won two awards.

Wedding Time Bridal Salon in High East Street has picked up prizes for their Bridal Wear and Grooms Wear at The Dorset Wedding Supplier Awards.

The competition was organised by Something Borrowed Magazine who looked at customer service, product and general loveliness.

Tracy Carrol has owed the Salon for 22 years and told Wessex FM: "We are thrilled and honoured to have won not only one Award but two Awards in separate categories in The Dorset Wedding Supplier Awards for Grooms Wear and Bridal Wear.  We all work very hard on our customer service and attention to detail, making sure that everything goes smoothly for our brides and grooms day."

The Dorset Wedding Supplier Awards, organised by Something Borrowed Magazine from Bournemouth said;

"We want to provide recognition to those companies that have led from the front when it comes to things like customer service, product or service offering and general loveliness. As these awards are NOT judged by voting, it’s not a popularity contest. Each applicant is judged on merit alone, so that the company and brides and grooms will know that a win is representative of the skill and dedication of the businesses themselves."
