Extra Buses On Victorian Shownight

For those of us who are planning on enjoying a late night out during Weymouth Victorian Shownight Christmas Festival - First buses are providing an early Christmas present.

They're running later evening services to make sure we get to and from the festivities safely on the 5th of December.

Service 1 Weymouth to Portland: Every 20 minutes up to 23.00, every 30 minutes up to 03.00. Last buses from Weymouth leave at 01.30, 02.00, 02.30 and 03.00.

Service 2 Weymouth to Littlemoor:  Every 20 minutes up to 23.00. Last buses from Weymouth leave at 23.00 and 23.30.

Service 4 Weymouth to Preston: Every 30 minutes up to 19.45. Last buses from Weymouth at 19.15 and 19.45.

Service 8 Weymouth to Chickerell including Westham and Hereford Road: Every 60 minutes up to 23.15. Last buses from Weymouth at 22.15 and 23.15.

Service 10 Weymouth to Dorchester: Every 60 minutes up to 00.30. Last buses from Weymouth at 23.30 and 00.30.

Services 10/X31 Weymouth to Bridport: Service 10 leaving Weymouth Kings Statue at 18.30 connects with the X31 from Dorchester Trinity Street at 19.19.

The popular annual event will include a Christmas lantern parade and a Lighting Up ceremony in the town centre.
