Weymouth Park And Ride FREE This Saturday

five ways park and ride 3

9:15am 4th December 2014

Shopping during the festive season can stressful so on Saturday (6th December) visitors to Weymouth can use the town's park and ride for free.

Its part of a national campaign to get us supporting our small businesses by shopping locally.

The buses shuttle into the town centre every 15 minutes and will run from 8am to 6pm.

The county council's Cabinet member for environment and economy, Peter Finney said: "Using the park and ride will take the stress out of a days shopping spree, making the whole experience more enjoyable."

The Mount Pleasant Park and Ride site has plenty of room to park, and the modern, easy access buses have room for buggies, pushchairs and wheelchairs.
