Martin Varley

10:27am 4th December 2014

A Dorset law firm is adding 25 years of legal experience to its ranks by welcoming a new partner to the firm.

Martin Varley is joining Humphries Kirk's office in Dorchester to undertake corporate and commercial advice for the firm's client base.

He'll be focusing on financial services, banking and regulatory matters.

Martin is a Solicitor and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).

He sits on the Financial Conduct Authority Financial Regulations Panel and is an External Specialist to CISI. He also chairs a number of regulatory and remuneration committees.

On relocating to Dorset from a law firm in Royal Tunbridge Wells, where he spent nine years, Martin said: "I am delighted to join Humphries Kirk, a firm which is a major regional player, well known in the UK and internationally.

"Dorset has a great business community and I look forward to working with the clientele of this impressive and expanding firm."
