weymouth fc

(Updated 2:19pm 4th December 2014)

12:52pm 4th December 2014

There'll be slightly different action on the pitch at Weymouth's Bob Lucas Stadium tonight.

A special carol service is being held to mark the centenary of the 1914 Christmas Truce between British and German soldiers, when they lay down arms, sung carols and played football.

Local school children will be taking part in the FREE community event which will feature music, drama, and readings.

The event starts at 6pm tonight and will last an hour.
