They've been around for fifty years, but a charity who support disabled people in Dorset say not enough locals are asking for their help.

REMAP are a national charity who make and modify equipment to help people with anything from sailing a boat to throwing a ball for their dog.

Nathan Gray, from their Dorchester branch, contacted Wessex FM to appeal for more locals to get in touch, "For me personally, whenever I speak to people about the charity, it seems that nobody's really heard about Remap and what we do, and everybody's really impressed when they do hear. I think because not many people have heard about the charity, we haven't helped as many people as we could help."

Nathan says he'll be working hard this upcoming year to promote what the charity does in Dorset.
