Rotarians Christmas Collection Raise Nearly £ 3600

After playing Christmas carols in Asda, Morrisons and Sainsbury's and holding on street collections in Littlemoor and Westham, the Rotary Club of Melcombe Regis have raised nearly £3,600.

They've been helping shoppers get into the festive spirit for three weeks with carols like Deck the Halls and Jingle Bells, hopefully making the mad-dash seasonal shop less stressful.

All the money they have collected will be going to local charities throughout 2015.

RCMR are also wanted to thank the staff at the supermarkets, Westham councillors and everyone who has donated to their cause.
