Thieves Steal Village Post Boxes

FOUR post boxes have been ripped off the wall and stolen from villages across Dorset.

The Royal Mail post boxes were taken from Waddock Cross, Redbridge Road in Crossways, Moreton Road in Owermoigne and Muckleford between the 10th of December and last Friday. (2nd January)

There was also an attempted theft of a post box in Bockhampton.

If you've seen any suspicious activity near rural post boxes then contact Dorset police on 101 quoting crime reference number C:15:D:277.
