Tesco Manager's Charity Walk Suffers Mechanical Malfunction

Justin Kline's attempt to raise money for Julia's House Hospice, who cared for his daughter Sophie in the later stages of her life, suffered a broken down treadmill.

Weymouth's Tesco Metro manager's started a 100 kilometre walk  in 24 hours for charity, on a treadmill, without leaving his store.

Justin Kline's stepping out in memory of his daughter Sophie who died in April, who died aged 8 from a highly aggressive brian tumour.

But the attempt nearly ended within 20 minutes of its start. The treadmill started smoking and they had to put out an appeal for a replacement.

One was found and now the attempt's back on track


Justin's raising money for Julia's House Hospice, who cared for Sophie in the later stages of her life.
