There's been praise for Dorset's Police and Crime Commissioner from an MP speaking to students.

Norman Lamb, who was giving a speech on mental health and young people at Bournemouth University yesterday (9th October), described Martyn Underhill as a 'driver of change in mental health in a fractured broken society'.

The event was one of a series put on by the University to mark Mental Health Awareness Week in the run up to today's World Mental Health Day.

This week's also seen them present an  audience with Terry Waite CBE  longtime hostage, humanitarian and author,  Lorna Garner, Beat‘s Chief Operating Officer and Sue Baker, Director of Time to Change.
