A new support programme to help unemployed people with health conditions into work has been launched across Dorset.

Employment, skills and rehabilitation provider Working Links has launched the programme following funding from the Department for Work and Pensions European Social Fund.

The three-year voluntary programme will help people on Employment and Support Allowance.

Working Links, which has supported more than 300,000 people into work over the last 16 years, will be working with a range of partners, including voluntary organisations, to deliver the programme.

It is funded by the Department for Work and Pensions and also helps lone parents and people with convictions who may struggle to find employment.
