Weymouth lost 2-0 at home to Hereford. They host Basingstoke at the Bob Lucas on Tuesday night, before their FA Cup game away at Chelmsford City next Saturday.

Dorchester beat Dunstable Town 1-0 away with Sam Lanahan scoring the only goal of the game.

Bridport enjoyed a 5-0 win away at Bitton. Richard Hebditch scored the opener with Mark Salter then going onto score the next four.

Portland Utd looked to be heading for defeat at home to Sholing, but two late goals saw them win 2-1.

It was cup day for some of our rugby sides, with Bridport beating Melksham 18-12 in the Dorset & Wilts Senior Vase Cup. Puddletown beat Poole 63-7.
