Islanders on Portland are being urged to attend a public meeting tonight. (13th March)

An informal drop-in session is being held so people can hear more about the Portland Community Land Trust.

It's a social enterprise set up to benefit the local community by owning important local assets.

One of the aims of the trust will be to look at an affordable housing scheme run in partnership with a local housing association.

Tonight's meeting is being held at the Main Hall Masonic Lodge, Chiswell from 7pm - 9pm.
