weymouth seafront toilets

8:04am 15th April 2018

It's time to share your views on Weymouth's loos.

The council's upgrading the toilets on the seafront.

Despite £400,000 being put into the project we're being told the money won't be enough to revitalise all the facilities.

Cllr Kate Wheller, Weymouth and Portland Borough Council's briefholder for community facilities, said: "We want to have facilities that our residents are proud of, and our visitors are happy to use. We have a challenge to modernise these facilities on a tight budget, so we want to hear from you and understand what your priorities are."

They are aiming for the upgrade to be complete by the 2019 holiday season.

The temporary toilets outside Weymouth Pavilion will remain in place this year.

You can tell the council what you think by taking part in their survey.
