MISSING: Family believe Charlie could be in Dorset

Charlie Peters Missing April 2018

7:37am 15th April 2018

Police believe a man who's gone missing from his home could have made his way to Dorset, so we're being asked to look out for him.

26 year old Charlie Peters (pictured here) hasn't been seen since Thursday morning (April 12th).

He lives in Backwell in Somerset but Avon and Somerset Police are widening the search for him towards Dorset, as they know he has links to the county.

Charlie's car, a grey BMW 530I was spotted on the A37 near Shepton Mallet on Thursday morning at around 10.30am.

Here's the details for Charlie:

  • White
  • 5ft 10 inches tall
  • Medium build
  • Medium length dark hair
  • Last seen wearing a grey T-shirt
  • Black trousers
  • Black shoes

Charlie's cousin Phil Hardwick got in touch with Wessex FM to ask for our help in finding him, and thinks there's a chance he could be in the local area:

"We believe he may be in the Portland area after having a great holiday there last year. All we are asking is for him to get in touch and let someone know he is OK."

Avon and Somerset Police are leading the investigation to find Charlie and if we see him or have any information about his whereabouts, please call 999 and quote reference 5218078198.
