Teenager attacked in Weymouth

A teenage boy has been assaulted by a group of people in Weymouth.

It happened last Friday around 6.30pm in the area of KFC and McDonald's at Jubilee Retail Park.

The 16 year old was set upon following an altercation - suffering cuts and bruises.

His motorbike was also damaged.

Police Constable Mark Edgar, of Weymouth police, said: "I am appealing to anyone who was in the area at the relevant time and witnessed all or part of the incident to please contact Dorset Police."
