CCTV images released over theft and fraud

CCTV image following Theft and card use, Weymouth, 14 May 2019

Police have released a CCTV image following the theft of a wallet and subsequent fraud in Weymouth.

They'd like to speak to the man in the picture.

A wallet was stolen from the staff area of The Riviera Hotel. A bank card was then fraudulently used on a number of occasions in the town.

It happened sometime between 8am and 12:30pm on 22nd March 2019.

Police Constable Tom Arnold, of Weymouth police, said: "As part of my enquiries I am now in a position to issue a CCTV image of a man I would like to speak to in connection with this incident.

"I would ask anyone who recognises this man to please contact Dorset Police."
