Soul Food, who help feed the homeless in Weymouth lost their kitchen after a fire at the Prayerhouse in April.

Since then they have been running their service for homeless people from a stationary food truck.

After the fire, they were told they would have to leave the premises for good, eventually, when the building is demolished.

Josh White is a volunteer at Soul Food. He said:

"In the distant future, when we need to leave the premises altogether, we're not constrained to location as much because we can be fully mobile."

But, they've now raised all the money needed and will be able to buy a new van that will be able to move around.
