A second tidal surge is expected to hit the county tonight.

The Environment Agency says high water tonight is expected at 9:40pm tonight, and 9:28am tomorrow, particularly focused around Wareham.

Flooding to roads and farmland is also possible either side of high tides.

River levels are also expected to rise as a result of heavy rainfall.

High tides caused floods around Weymouth Harbour this morning following a similar tidal surge.
