Yellow weather warnings for strong winds and heavy rain come into effect today bringing Storm Dennis to Dorset.

It's already beginning to bite with a flood warning issued overnight on the Upper Frome at Maiden Newton.

Authorities are trying to clear that fallen tree from the A35 near Honiton:

Out of the county we've had a report of a tree coming down on the A35 near Honiton blocking the road both ways between Haynes Lane and Fern Lane close to the turning for the recycling centre.
