UPDATED:  The latest flood warnings for Dorset

The Environment Agency have issued a flood warning for Hilton, Milton Abbas and Milborne St Andrew.

Residents are advised to prepare and ensure that pumps are working where they have been installed.

Residents may experience problems flushing toilets and have issues with septic tanks.

The Met Office forecast over the next few days is for more rainfall so groundwater levels are expected to continue to rise.

Meanwhile, a flood warning is no longer in force for the Upper Frome at Maiden Newton.

Flood Warning in force: River Piddle from Alton Pancras to Wareham.

Flooding is expected for: Alton Pancras, Piddletrenthide, Piddlehinton, Druce, Puddletown, Athelhampton, Affpuddle, Briantspuddle, Throop and Wareham including Purbeck View Park.
